Alicia joined Global Access Partners in April 2018 as a project manager. She is responsible for ensuring the success of all GAP-organised events, including conferences, seminars and meetings through meticulous preparation, ongoing management, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and coordination of feedback. Alicia also manages the GAP social media calendar.

Prior to joining GAP, Alicia served as a project manager with a local health district under NSW Health and previously with providers of network infrastructure and unified communications. Before her roles in the IT sector, Alicia enjoyed a career in tourism with positions ranging from tour guide to director of tour operations.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University. She enjoys camping, hiking and traveling, which strongly relate to her passions for environmental sustainability and encouraging a minimal waste lifestyle.
